This Heated Bed Upgrade Kit is for the Makers Kit model 1405, rev F. The heat plate gives you the option to print ABS on your Simple Makers Kit 1405. ATX power supply required, but not included. Current model is rev F. Includes: Heat Plate for Makers Kit 1405 print bed; Notched bar end wood parts to allow wire management; Kapton tape; Radiant barrier; Thermistor with Cable; Zip Ties Additional Requirements: ATX Power Supply, Power Tower (for Australian Safety Standard compiance), assembly. FAQ - Will this heated bed upgrade work with Makers XL Upgrade for 1405? Answer - The metal bed for XL Upgrade does not have the hole pattern for this heat plate. You will need to drill your own holes to mount the heat plate. Once drilled, depending how you mount the heat plate, you may lose printable area on your print bed. XL Upgrade for 1405 owners purchase and hack their printer at their own risk (no replacement parts will be provided for bad hacks). More
