Ordering and Payment It is easy doing business with us. Easy Ordering: Order by phone, fax, mail or online.
Easy Payment Options: Pay by PayPal, Credit Card (over the phone or online), or Direct Deposit. Pre-Approved organisations can order on account.
Payment Processing Fees: Sadly, due to the rate of fraud and bank charges, we have to charge a processing fee on PayPal, VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
This is calculated at 2-3% of your order total if you select one of these payment methods. To avoid fees, select Direct Transfer and make the bank transfer promptly after checkout.
Credit Cards processed by a trained Australian staff member using a secure Merchant Gateway, so you can make changes and additions if you want :)
Credit Card details entered online are entered through secure online pages and are only stored until your payment has been processed.
All online records are then immediately deleted!

Paying via Direct deposit: Please note that it is your responsibility to enter our account details correctly,
as supplied at checkout. We cannot do anything if you type in the wrong account number.
Depending on your bank, it can be instant (CommBank or Osko), or take up to a week for the money to arrive at our account and we cannot process your order until payment is received.
