with not after sales service or recourse. Bilby 3D has been a trusted name in the industry for over six years and the off shoot of a company with over 20 years
experience in customer service and support.
We are here for the journey, not just the sale!
When you purchase a 3D Printer from Bilby 3D (or a registered reseller), and where you are located in Australia, we
provide you an Australian warranty as well as technical support. We stand by the machines we sell.
Our Australian warranty is not a "back to the USA" warranty, as some other sellers try and provide
If something is faulty, damaged in transit, DOA etc we will send you the parts to fix it, or in serious cases we will fix it for you!
These valuable and sometimes critical components in such an emerging industry are included in the price!
Terms and Conditions
Step 1 : Let us know the problem.
Most problems are solved through support. Minor issues we can send the part to you to fix the problem. Major problems may require back to base repair.
Step 2 : Return to our closest center (Which ever store is closest to you, or head warehouse via mail)
We may need you to return the item for inspection or repair. You can do this by dropping it in to your nearest store, or post/freight to the Melbourne warehouse. In the case of machines we will facilitate this for you as our TNT is usually much cheaper than alternative options.
All products have a back to base warranty.
