Service and Installation Policy
In addition to the normal Warranty and technical support that comes with the machine we also service and repair machines; and can drop off and install new machines.

On Site Delivery and Installation
Bilby 3D offers a drop off and setup service for all our 3D printers. This includes delivery plus un-boxing and running set up routines through to first print. This does not include training, other than on how loading filament works and “observation’ of levelling etc.
Brisbane – Sydney – Melbourne (within 40 KM of our stores) : Cost $150

Installation 40-100Km from a store
Depending on geographic location, we may be able to offer this service.
Short extensions in km - $50/1-20km extra to a maximum 100km
For example if you are 100km from a store you would pay $150 (standard fee) + $150 extra travel fee (60km extra) = $300

Installation of more than 150km from a store
Needs to be negotiated and may include couriers + flights+ accommodation as per the schedule below

Travel Charges
By road: $100/50km, max 150km, includes transit from/to airports
Flights: Subject to market rates from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne
Accommodation : Required where travel + course is greater than a 6 hr round trip to our nearest store/ the trainers place of residence. Minimum rate $150/night

Where possible courses, training and or long distance installations are geographically grouped to minimise costs.
